Barbara Wilkinson, president of Westcoast Vocational Inc., has presented expert opinion and testimony at the Supreme Court Level since 1993. In addition to obtaining a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (Career Specialty), Ms. Wilkinson is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and is recognized by examination and peer review with the designation of Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor (CCRC).
